Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy abuse.

Processing Time

Please allow the stated processing time before shipment. Processing times may vary during sales, holidays, or high order volume periods.

Shipping & Delivery

Once orders are shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other transit-related issues.

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost, stolen, or delayed after shipment, customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the handmade/custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within [3–7] days of delivery with photo proof.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first before initiating a chargeback so we may attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Fraudulent chargebacks for delivered orders may be disputed using shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and order records.

Product Disclaimer

Colors, designs, and handmade details may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted production.

Limitation of Liability

Our business shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or shipping services.
